The SATO SG112-ex is a 10.5-inch wide-format industrial label printer built for large barcode labels, chemical and GHS labels, pallet identification, automotive labels, and other applications that require more printing area than a standard industrial printer. Its wide printhead can produce a single large label or multiple smaller labels at the same time without rotating the artwork.
With 305 dpi resolution and print speeds up to 6 in./sec., the SG112-ex delivers clear barcodes, detailed graphics, warning symbols, and small text across labels up to 10.5 in. wide. Direct thermal and thermal-transfer printing provide flexibility for temporary identification as well as durable ribbon-printed labels used in demanding industrial environments.
Automatic media loading, a 3.3-inch LCD display, and standard LAN, USB, serial, parallel, EXT, and SD card connectivity help simplify setup and integration. Choose the standard model for continuous or tear-off production, or the cutter model for automatic label and tag separation.
